Service Description

The Master Plant Diet is a process of intense spiritual growth where you will deepen your connection with yourself and nature. This retreat includes 4 ayahuasca ceremonies and a Master Teacher Plant which will be chosen for you based on your intentions. By drinking the plant that is chosen for you, you will absorb its energy and increase (or decrease) certain characteristics/tendencies within yourself. For instance, to open the heart and increase flexibility of body & mind, the plant teacher Bobinasa is prescribed. Bobinsana grows by the river and bends as the river changes shape and form. It helps to balance the feminine and masculine energies in the body and it opens the heart. Some other characteristics of the Teacher Plants include connection to your ancestors, grounding, motivation to complete projects, letting go of the past, opening up creatively, channeling songs (icaros), etc. This retreat is done in silence for 10 days and includes 4 ayahuasca ceremonies. You are welcome to leave your room to go bathe in the river or do meditation walks but phones and conversations are not recommended Every participant is on a restricted diet of no sugar, no fruit, no drugs, no alchohol, no stimulants, no spices (including onion and garlic), no sex (including masterbation), limited fats and no salt. There is also a strict 30 day post dieta for every participant. This is done to remove all external stimulation in order to take a profound look within and strengthen your connection with the Master Plant. Upon completion of the diet we will visit Ahuashiacu waterfall Your body will learn to wake up and sleep with the natural rhythms of nature and you will start to feel the energies of your environment in a more profound way. The plant teachers give many insights and every experience is individual. You will leave feeling transformed and inspired. Katari center is beautiful and filled with wildlife. Enjoy the monkeys in the trees and a wide variety of birds, insects and other wonderful creatures. We have a small river that runs through the center with clean water to bathe. Each bungalow is also eqquiped with its own personal bathroom and shower. The bungalows are simple to stay true to the way these types of diets have been practied for hundreds of years but also to provide some extra comfort for the modern man and woman. Please note there is limited internet on the property and to charge electronics we have limited solar energy.
